CMS is the collection of procedures used to manage work flow or the flow of content in a collaborative environment. It is a tool that enables a variety of technical and non-technical staff to create, edit, manage, and finally publish a variety of content while being constrained by a centralized set of rules, process and workflows that ensures coherent, validated electronic content.
